Spring Cocktail Creations
Spring is finally here. After a cold, grey winter the sun is finally shining and it is time to experiment with a few of our new interesting cocktails. We decided to get a little adventurous with our house infused beverages and have stepped outside of the vodka realm to include gin, tequila and a tasty brazilian rum, cachaca. Try one or Try all, but sit back, relax and enjoy!!!
St. Germain - Champagne, Elderflower liquer, sparkling water and orange twist - on the rocks 10.00
Champagne Cocktail -Flute of Champagne, cubed sugar with angostura bitters, garnished with lemon peel 10.00
Gin Berry fizz - Ginger infused New Amsterdam gin, raspberry puree, ginger puree, soda, fresh lime - on the rocks 10.00

Featured Spirits --Cold River Vodka from Maine-New Amsterdam Straight Gin from California-Cachaca da Roca ( kah-shah-sa Da Raw-sah) - Brazilian spirit distilled from cane sugar. “Da Roca” means this Cachaca is “From Farm Country” and used in the Caipirinha, which is Brazil’s national cocktail. Caipirinha means “Little Farm Girl”
